Yard of the Month

December 2025

Our December Yard of the Month going to Alex and Skyler Obregon at 3707 Sun Valley for their outstanding holiday decorations. The large holiday display was installed by Alex (except for some of the lights), which shows you how handy he is as a dad and a homeowner.

Hurricane Season

Lastly, if you choose to purchase flood insurance, don’t forget it takes 30 days to take effect. Here is some information from Harris County below (or check with your friendly insurance agent):

Volunteers Needed

We are looking for volunteers!! Your time will make a positive difference to our community plus it is fun to get to know your neighbors. We need help with the following opportunities:

BLOCK CAPTAINS

Description: Block captains are an integral component to keeping the block actively involved in crime prevention efforts, to ensuring a smooth process of information exchange between neighbors and the Board, and to encourage participation in community events, such as General Meetings and the National Night Out program. Each Block Captain covers only 10 to 15 homes.

Woodside Civic Club Depends on Your Voluntary Dues

If you have not yet paid your voluntary annual dues for 2025, we encourage you to be a part of our community by contributing. Multiple property owners are urged to consider paying for each property or offering tenants to participate. Dues are important in order to support our SEAL private security contract, esplanade care and maintenance, as well as other services (and programs, such as a block party) that play an important role in the safety, appearance, and value of our neighborhood.

Please submit your $250 dues payment at Join/Pay Dues.

Payment is accepted via Zelle, PayPal, Credit Card, or Check.

Note: All resident information will be used only for WCC communications and will not be shared with anyone or used for any other purpose outside of WCC.
